Sen's conjectures in Open String Field Theory | |

I
will present the construction of a simple solution to the SFT classical
equations of motion that represents 'closed string vacuum'. Having that, one can easily prove two of the three Sen's spectacular conjectures. Finally, if time permits, I will discuss possible avenues for proving the remaining conjecture. This conjecture, if true, asserts that one can construct all possible D-branes in a given background as lumps on the worldvolume of a spacefilling brane. |
